
Finance - Tax Services (Part-Qualified Accountant)

- Part-qualified Accountant, currently working towards professional Accounting qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA.
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience working in a finance role in the funds industry or with Administrator/Depositary/Finance background.
- Third level qualification in accounting/finance.
- Asset management experience would be advantageous but not required.
- Previous experience in a high-volume administration or finance role preferable.
- Supporting our Clients and our Internal Group with tax compliance including Director payroll and VAT.
- Preparing and file VAT returns and perform related VAT administration functions for clients of the Carne Group, and the Carne Group entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Preparing supporting information for the Carne Group VAT returns, across multiple jurisdictions.
- Administering Director payroll services for clients of the Carne Group, including set up and ongoing administration and payments and perform related payroll administration functions.
- Preparing responses to Revenue on queries.
- Assisting other key functions within the finance team, including supporting the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for the Carne Group.
- Liaising with internal teams in both Luxembourg and Ireland to address client queries relating to FATCA/CRS, VAT, Payroll, IUT etc.
- Liaising with external Administrators, Investment Managers and Tax Advisors relating to VAT, Payroll and FATCA/CRS compliance and reporting.
- Managing and guide junior members of the team.

- Good time management and ability to multi-task is essential.
