Pharmacy Technician - Bandon, Co. Cork

This is a permanent, full-time position spread over 5 days per week, with approximately two Saturdays per month on rotation. No late nights, Sundays, or Bank Holidays required. You'll be supported by an excellent team, helping to manage a steady and friendly customer flow. The dispensing system used is Touchstore, and there's an attractive package on offer!What you'll be doing:
- Assisting in the dispensary
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
- Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients
- Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
- Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Any other duties as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer service.
- Previous Irish Pharmacy Technician experience (at least 1 year) is essential.
- Touchstore experience preferred but not essential.
- Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.
