We are also proud members of Ireland's Blue Book and Relais & Chateaux.We have a range of open positions in Food & Beverage for Bartenders. Our Bars include: Mikey Ryan's Bar & Kitchen, The Guinness Bar, Resident Cocktail Bar, Donoghue's Bar and the Ballroom Bar.This range of Bars offers many different options in terms of flexible working hours on a full time or part-time basis.This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience and build their career with a forward-thinking company.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Food and Beverage Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience in the Cashel Palace Hotel.
  • Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
  • Work with and assist the Food & Beverage Team where necessary.
  • Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Attend various trainings that will help to develop you in your career.
