- Drive growth in distribution, revenue, volume, and trading contribution across the full Britvic soft drink range including Pepsi, 7up, Club, Ballygowan, MiWadi, and Energy brands in convenience outlets
- Lead and develop your team through regular coaching in consultative selling techniques, monthly performance reviews, and implementation of our Growth Culture principles
- Ensure high-standard in-outlet execution aligned with Picture Of Success (PICOS) and Perfect Store guidelines while maintaining compliance standards
- Manage regional budgets effectively, including promotional investments and team expenses, to deliver on company financial targets
- Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to optimize territory management, reporting, and business decision-making for maximum efficiency
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the beverage industry with comprehensive knowledge of products, channels, and competition
- Proven track record in field sales management or similar leadership role within FMCG
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and analyze sales performance data
- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Full, clean driving license (essential)
