- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within an assigned territory
- Segment customers based on behavior, value, and potential

- Plan and execute regular in-person visits with clear objectives
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and buying patterns to identify opportunities
- Use CRM and sales tools to track performance and uncover insights
- Develop territory plans based on data
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, average deal size, and customer lifetime value
- Identify high-potential accounts and prioritize outreach accordingly
- Develop tailored sales strategies based on customer-specific insights
- Spot opportunities using data signals
- Anticipate customer needs through trend analysis
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting reports
- Provide insights-driven updates to management (not just activity reports)
- Track performance against targets and adjust strategies proactively
- Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns and lead quality
- Share field insights to inform product development and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for account growth
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or territory management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and CRM systems
- Ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Skilled at understanding customer needs beyond surface-level conversations
- Ability to identify patterns in customer behavior and preferences
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis
- Familiarity with sales analytics or BI tools is a plus
- Clear and confident presentation skills
- Revenue growth within territory
