Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

- Oversee and verify product checks and metal detection processes are carried out as per procedures.
- Conduct and supervise spot checks.
- Ensure Product Evaluation Records are maintained and completed during each shift.
- Supervise weight checks, temperature checks, and quality checks per standard procedures.
- Manage metal detection systems.
- Ensure faults are reported promptly to QA.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken and documented in line with procedure.
- Supervise production staff and monitor workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure on-time packaging of products to meet dispatch deadlines in line with packaging schedules.
- Liaise with the Quality Department to uphold the integrity of quality systems and address quality-related issues.
- Monitor and enforce safety, hygiene, and organizational standards across the production area.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship as needed.
- Handle staff issues in line with company policies, including performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good level of English is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
