  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify language and communication needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based techniques to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to provide holistic support.
  • Track and document client progress, adjusting therapies as necessary.
  • Provide education and resources to clients and their families on language development strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in language therapy.
Requirements
  • A recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field is required.
  • Experience as a Language Therapist, demonstrating a successful background in facilitating language development.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of language disorders and evidence-based therapy techniques.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Ireland and embrace the local community.
  • Familiarity with language therapy technologies and resources is a plus.
  • Valid certifications and licenses applicable for language therapy in Ireland are required.
