We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of electro-mechanical equipment and support critical operations that directly impact healthcare outcomes.You’ll join a collaborative team dedicated to equipment reliability, process improvements, and operational excellenceKey Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment failures.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance routines.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
- Proactively support uptime targets and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
- Collaborate on engineering projects and take the lead on maintenance-related actions
- Certificate, Diploma, or Senior Trades qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years’ experience in a technical maintenance role, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industry
- Proven mechanical experience within an automated manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- High level of technical competency.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with a proactive mindset.
