A leading healthcare service in Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Podiatrist – Clinical Specialist (Musculoskeletal) to provide advanced podiatric care in a hospital setting. This role focuses on complex foot and lower limb conditions, including gait disorders, sports injuries, and biomechanical issues.Key responsibilities include:Conducting advanced biomechanical assessment, orthotic therapy, and evidence-based rehabilitation.Leading service development, supporting, and mentoring colleagues.Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams such as physiotherapy, orthopaedics, and rheumatology.Contributing to research, audit, and quality improvement while ensuring compliance with CORU and HSE standards.Qualifications & RequirementsRegistered on the Podiatrists Register maintained by the Podiatrists Registration Board at CORU.Minimum 5 years full-time (or aggregate 4 years) post-qualification experience in musculoskeletal podiatry.Proven record of clinical excellence in musculoskeletal podiatry.Postgraduate qualification or relevant course in the specialism.Demonstrated achievement in clinical audit, quality improvement, practice development, teaching, and research. * Resident in Ireland or the UK with the legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced musculoskeletal podiatrists in Ireland or the UK looking to advance their career while making a tangible impact on patient care.To apply, please send your updated CV to .
