- Working in a team of training coordinators and interacting with other units within Ryanair
- Scheduling of pilot training activities including initial courses, upgrades and recurrent training.
- Administration of training documentation data input and error tracking
- Organization of travel and accommodation for instructors and trainees
- Delivery of industry-leading stable work patterns to Ryanair's growing pilot body
- Ensure that scheduling processes are compliant with EASA regulations.
- Using a suite of reports to generate daily / weekly / monthly / annual reports
- A strong interest in aviation & pilot training
- Owing to the precise and organized nature of Ryanair’s flight operations, it is important that candidates exhibit an attention to detail
- Candidates ideally should have previous crewing/ rostering or resource management experience but may not be necessary as full training will be provided
- Candidates must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be able to multitask
- Successful candidates will have proven numeric, administrative & computer skills
