Senior Architectural TechnologistLocation: Ongar, Dublin 15
Salary: €50,000 – €65,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pmAbout UsWe are a design-led architectural studio delivering high-quality commercial and high-end residential projects. We work collaboratively with our interior design team to deliver beautiful, buildable outcomes.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping technically excellent, coordinated project information throughout all stages of delivery.What You’ll Do
  • Develop and produce detailed, coordinated drawing packages, schedules and specifications using AutoCAD
  • Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable technical information
  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations, codes and industry standards
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to support design decisions
  • Coordinate technical work with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants
  • Prepare planning and building control submissions
  • Solve technical challenges and support the wider design team
  • Work closely with the Project Director/Senior Interior Architect to deliver successful project outcomes
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ post-graduate experience, ideally across commercial, hospitality and residential projects
  • Strong experience producing tender and construction drawing packages
  • Joinery package experience is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of delivering projects through to completion on site
  • Solid knowledge of building regulations in Ireland and/or the UK
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills (Revit/BIM knowledge advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of construction, detailing and coordination
  • Organised, proactive, solution-focused with excellent time management
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • Project management experience is advantageous
