- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing bar team across several outlets.
- Guarantee seamless daily operations and memorable guest experiences.
- Plan and execute all beverage aspects of conferences, weddings and corporate events.
- Manage budgets, P&L, cost control and margin optimisation.
- Oversee stock management, ordering and supplier relationships.
- Prepare rotas to ensure efficient staffing while controlling labour costs.
- Uphold full compliance with health, safety and licensing legislation.
- Minimum of four years' experience as Bar Manager (or similar) within large, quality hotels.
- Demonstrable expertise in bar operations, cost control and team leadership.
- Guest-centric attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, solutions-focused and calm under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and keen commercial awareness.
