- Own and operationalize hand-off points across the Customer & Content Strategy, Creative Strategy and Production all the way to in-country delivery.
- Define billing and project prioritization approach and benchmarks along with adjacent functions like procurement and partnership roles.
- Work on a wide array of brands and be able to break down steps in the process to deliver on plans that optimize and balance time, resources and quality.
- Define standard processes and benchmarks (scope, timeline and results) for an innovative content creation model with agencies (in partnership with Creative Strategy).
- Act as guide and the go to resource on staffing external hybrid teams (sourced across individuals and companies) to support the creative process transformation underway.
- Provide lead on optimum set-up, processes and practices for competence management across types of results (core visual aids, rep triggered emails, landing pages, congress booths, CRM, segmentation) for markets.
- Mentor and partner with in-market operations teams.
- 10+ years in content production process leadership within industry leading pharmaceutical industry (or well-grounded understanding of processes)
- Deep understanding of internal pharma and external vendor ecosystems and agency working model
- Experience in breaking down deliverables and deadlines to project plans, tasks and timelines and active management of teams, schedules and hand-offs
- Track record of succeeding in high functioning content production environment with teams focused on driving efficiency and quality
- Fluent understanding of the medical, legal, regulatory context within a pharmaceutical industry as well as standards and best practices in marketing to HCPs and patients
- Excellent collaboration skills in a matrixed organization
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, driving towards simple solutions to complex problems with a keen understanding and appreciation for details relevant to content delivery (testing, user experience design, etc).
