This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a Fuel Maintenance and Installation Company servicing the Fuel Industry. This role requires nationwide travel.Responsibilities:
  • Provide a complete level of service to our customers in the designated area to include, commissioning, and servicing, repairing, calibrating and validating equipment on customer sites to specification.
  • Competently trouble-shoot, fault-find and carry out repairs to equipment as required.
  • Create Service Reports on work completed for customer signature.
  • Adhere to site rules and participate in customer site inductions.
  • Provide onsite training to customers and to colleagues.
  • Participate in the On-Call Engineer Rota.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and always ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all Electrical works in line with the relevant standard and ensure that client specifications are always adhered to.
  • Daily and weekly progress reports on works completed.
  • Complete test/quality documentation in a timely manner.
  • Identify issues and risks at the earliest opportunity, resolve or escalate issues as appropriate
  • Liaise with Management and Staff on project SHEQ matters.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Level 6 Electrician
  • QC in Electrical Testing and Verification (Safe Electric)
  • Previous Experience with a MV/HV Contractor is preferred.
  • Prepared to work out of office hours and occasionally on weekends, as and when required.
  • Full Clean Irish Driving licence
  • Safe Pass - up to date
