Ireland Limited is currently looking to recruit a part time Office Manager with relevant work experience in a corporate or professional office environment.The role will be based at our office in Cork, Ireland, and hours will be 16 hours a week Monday to Thursday.The role will be responsible for supporting the daily administration activities of a busy office - you must bring excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills to the role.The position would suit someone who is reliable, personable, flexible, and confident, with the ability to communicate at all levels and remain calm under pressure.What you will doYou will have overall organisation and supervision of all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office;You will ensure the general office upkeep, keeping the office/ in good order, arranging for necessary repairs and servicing in accordance with Health & Safety requirements e.g., fire extinguishers, alarm etc;You will maintain supplies of office stationery and equipment and restocking kitchen supplies and first aid kit;You will greet and host visitors, distribute any incoming mail to departments, post office runs and packaging and arranging parcels for courier collections;You will answer, field and respond to incoming calls to the company;You will book staff travel and accommodation on request, ensuring logs are kept;You will organise the supply and configuration of all new starter IT equipment whilst liaising with other departments to ensure all items required are supplied;You will order IT consumables and equipment and organisation of IT repairs, management of Asset register;You will support Senior Management team with ad hoc duties to include meeting preparation, presentation preparation;You will provide administration support to other departments and various ad hoc duties where required;You will support finance in processing of invoice, expenses and credit cards.What you’ll need to succeedRelevant administration experience working in a professional environment;Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal skills;Database and data management experience;Proficient in the use of all MS Office applications;Experience of setting up and managing action lists, programmes, notes of meetings and other administrative tools;Clean Driving license;In possession of the right to work in EU/Ireland.Daily working hours flexibility will be required at times depending on the needs of the business.What’s in it for you?Being part of a highly motivated ever-growing and multicultural team that drives forward the energy revolutionInnovative and fast-changing market and working environmentHybrid WorkingPrivate Health InsuranceLife Assurance CoverCompany Pension SchemeFlexible Working EnvironmentYearly Discretionary Performance Bonus SchemeMental Health First Aid supportEmployee Assistance Programme which provides all employees with 24/7 access to telephone and online counsellingAccess to an online benefits portal which includes travel and shopping discounts, healthy living advice & a financial well-being resource bankAbout usBayWa r.e.
