- Temper, mould, fill, decorate, and finish chocolates to a consistent, luxury‑level quality.
- Present all products beautifully for retail, gifting, and guest experiences.
- Maintain shop displays and ensure the counter is always presentation‑ready.
- Package chocolates and bespoke orders to reflect the Adare Manor five‑star brand.
- Contribute to new flavours, seasonal ranges, and special creations for VIPs, weddings, and corporate gifts.
- Adjust production for events and busy seasons while keeping quality consistent.
- Follow all HACCP, food safety, and allergen‑control procedures.
- Keep recipes, portioning, and product quality consistent.
- Monitor shelf life, storage, and labelling.
- Measure ingredients accurately and follow recipes.
- Support stock control for chocolate, fillings, decorations, and packaging.
- Reduce waste and help with cost control.
- Operate chocolate‑making equipment safely.
- Keep the chocolate kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with cleaning schedules.
- Care for specialist tools and moulds.
- Work closely with the pastry, culinary, and retail teams.
- Support occasional guest‑facing moments with warmth and professionalism.
- Demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and craftsmanship.
