- Carry out domestic and commercial BERs and retrofit surveys
- Complete Home Energy Assessments (HEAs) and technical reports
- Manage projects from survey through to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the internal team
- Support SEAI grant applications and programme delivery
- Assess retrofit and renewable measures (heat pumps, ventilation, solar PV)
- Level 7 qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Sustainability
- Registered BER Assessor (Domestic and Commercial)
- 3-4 years' experience in BER assessments and retrofit surveys
- Experience with SEAI grants or retrofit programmes
- Full driving licence required
- €55,000 plus expenses
