  • Third level graduate, Health & Social care or equivalent is desirable. Minimum requirement of FETAC Level 5 in social care or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience of working with people with a disability.
  • A full clean driving licence .
  • Experience of working with service users in a community environment Experience of providing appropriate supports to service users with relevant disability

  • To collate, assessment and intervention information and expertise for the purpose of developing an individualized community support service.
  • To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes.
  • To ensure all interaction with clients is approached with dignity, respect, equality and incorporates choice
Additional Requirements:
  • A full, clean driving licence, with a minimum of 2 years' experience is desirable.
If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to IrelandA panel may be formed as a result of this campaign.Salary starting from point 1 € 32,566.11 to point 5 € 34,254.09(pro rata), is subject to negotiation depending on experience and qualification.What We Offer:
