Senior Recruitment ConsultantOver the last 50 years Kenny-Whelan & Associates established itself as Irelands leading supplier of Contract Personnel to multi-national corporations operating in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Oil & Gas and Food Manufacturing Industries. We have an outstanding reputation for the quality of service we provide in terms of speed of response, quality of candidates available and flexibility in our business relationships.We now have an opportunity to further develop our Business and we are interested in talking to experienced candidates.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established team which is at the forefront of contract recruitment across Capital Projects in the Life Science Industry.Responsibilities:
  • Account manage and develop the existing Kenny-Whelan business.
  • Identify and develop new client and business opportunities, with a focus on Capital Projects and Site Operations within the Biotech and Pharma Industry.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the key players in the Capital Projects and Site Operations arena.
  • Further develop our portfolio of contract Engineering and technical personnel
  • Negotiate terms and supplier agreements with prospective Clients.
  • Source and select technical contract personnel across Capital Projects at all stages from conceptual design through to handover and operations support.
  • Work with hiring managers across Site Operations to source contract personnel across all the key functional engineering and support areas.

Interested candidates, ideally, will have:
  • 5 years+ proven experience working in a recruitment environment.
  • A qualification in Technical, Business discipline or relevant
  • A keen interest in the industry and in developing key accounts.
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy and drive.
  • A confident manner, strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy dealing with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
