Osborne Executive Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager, who will hold ultimate responsibility for overseeing project management activities throughout Europe. This includes ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, maintaining site safety standards, enhancing pre-delivery business processes, and ensuring client satisfaction with project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the project management team to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee on-site delivery of projects across Europe, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
Develop and implement pre-delivery processes to optimize project delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and mitigate project risks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline project management processes.
Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Lead safety efforts and foster a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
Extensive experience in the construction industry
Proven track record of operational excellence and process improvement.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing projects across multiple countries is desirable.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Flexibility to travel within Europe as required.
