Payroll – Thesaurus –transacting weekly payroll via new PAYE Modernisation system2. Transacting EFT weekly payroll to Bank3. Transacting EFT payments to suppliers4. Accounts – setting up new suppliers/recording of weekly payroll/payments i.e materials/training etc recording remittance payments/Revenue quarterly returns/bank reconciliation/materials & training breakdown5. Preparing Payments & Income Book for each month6. Preparing Aws monthly wage and materials claims via welfare partners system7. Preparing & submission of Revenue Quarterly Returns8. Attendance records – calculating each monthly cycle of attendance records/doing a monthly calculation for workers9. Preparing & cross-checking end of year accounts for AccountantsDuration of post:-1 year subject to 3 years.Hours per week:-19.5 hoursEligibility Criteria:Eligibility to participate on Community Employment is generally linked to those who are 21years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more.Eligibility will have to be verified by the Department. This is a developmental opportunity,no experience necessary as accredited training will be provided to support the candidatescareer.
