A leading professional services firm is expanding its Strategy team in Dublin and is seeking an Associate Director / Director with deep Life Sciences (HLS) expertise to help shape the future of the sector.Why This RoleThis is not a generalist strategy role. We are specifically seeking someone with strong, proven experience in Life Sciences — spanning pharma, biotech, medtech or healthcare services.You will work with innovative, high-growth organisations, supporting them to define strategy, unlock value, and navigate complex transformation and deal environments.What You’ll Do
  • Lead and deliver corporate strategy projects for Life Sciences clients
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery including problem definition, analysis, insight generation and presentation
  • Support and drive business development activity within the Life Sciences sector
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Bring structured thinking and clarity to complex strategic challenges
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 10 years’ experience, including consulting at a managerial level
  • Proven, deep expertise in Life Sciences (HLS) is essential
  • Strong track record in strategy consulting and/or M&A advisory
  • Experience contributing to or leading business development and sales efforts
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
