Clinical Nurse Manager 2, WaterfordAre you a compassionate, experienced nurse looking to take the next step in leadership?This is a brand new state of the art nursing home and our client is seeking to recruit a CNM2 to join the team and support the PIC in all aspects of home operations, including staff management, while creating a centre which delivers exceptional, person-centred care. within our nursing home.In the role, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high standards of care, supporting staff, and fostering a warm, respectful, and safe environment for all residents. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older people and motivated to support and develop a dedicated team.To be considered for the role, the following criteria will apply:
  • Active NMBI registration and PIN (An Bord Altranais).
  • Post-registration qualification in Gerontology or Dementia Care is desirable.
  • Minimum 6 years' post-registration nursing experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a nursing home environment.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven clinical competence with a passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.
