We are seeking a professional, polished, and client-focused Medical Aesthetic Receptionist to join the team on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless, luxury front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth running of a busy aesthetic clinic.Requirements3 Years minimum experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a medical aesthetic, skin, or dermatology clinic
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments
  • Experience with Phorest essential
  • Highly professional, organised, and client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
