Our client is a leading Property business based in Dublin’s City Centre. They are looking for a Recently Qualified Accountant to join their growing team as a Financial Accountant on a 12 month fixed term contract, with a strong view to permanency.ABOUT THE ROLE:This role reports directly to the Financial Controller and offers a broad range of responsibilities and exposure to senior management.Main duties and responsibilities will include:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of results for assigned pool of properties;
Preparation of monthly variance analysis against budget and cash flow forecasting;
Assist in the preparation of year-end consolidated financial statements;
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts;
Preparation of Tax compliance, corporation tax and VAT returns;
Continuous process improvement and ad-hoc projects as they arise.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

Recently qualified Financial Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent);
Big 4/Top 10 trained with similar client pool preferred;
Prior property or real estate experience preferred but not essential;
Excellent communication skills;
Good team player and self-driven.

This is an ideal role for someone that wants to work in a broad ranging role alongside a quality team within an industry setting.
