Red D are recruiting a Reservations Manager for a beautiful four-star luxury hotel in Co. Kildare.This is a hands-on management role for an experienced hotel reservations professional who knows how to balance commercial insight with guest service. The hotel is busy, well-established, and known for delivering a warm welcome across weddings, leisure stays, corporate business and large events.As Reservations Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the reservations office, managing systems, rates, guest communications and booking processes. You'll work closely with Revenue, Sales and Front Office to ensure the hotel is always well-positioned and performing strongly.We're looking for someone with experience in a full Reservations Manager role within a quality hotel. Opera Cloud experience is a strong advantage and will be prioritised.You'll be confident managing forecasts, reporting and strategy, while also supporting and guiding the team to deliver a high standard of service and accuracy.What you'll be doing:

Managing the full reservations process for this large four-star hotel
Monitoring incoming business daily and adjusting plans where needed
Analysing trends, forecasts and performance data, and sharing clear reports and recommendations
Overseeing rate loading, OTA updates and distribution channels
Responding to group and individual booking enquiries, issuing proposals and ensuring clear follow-up
Working closely with Sales and Front Office to maintain accuracy and communication
Ensuring the website booking engine is up to date and fully functional
Supporting the front desk with guest information, charge accuracy and upcoming stays
Motivating and guiding the team, ensuring a high level of service and engagement
