The Global Data Lifecycle Management Lead will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing global Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) strategies within The Coca-Cola Company’s (TCCC) Data Governance team. This position is critical for managing personal data (both consumer and associate) across its lifecycle—spanning acquisition, retention, usage, and deletion—while ensuring compliance with global regulatory guidelinesWhat You’ll Do For Us:
  • Develop and maintain scalable, standardized Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) processes that reduce complexity and align with global regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
  • Translate legal and compliance requirements into actionable processes and workflows, ensuring a balance between operational efficiency and legal adherence.
  • Promote data minimization strategies and address inefficiencies or risks tied to data retention, classification, or disposal.
  • Own and manage the OneTrust Data Mapping Automation module, creating and maintaining centralized data flow inventories and mapping structured and unstructured data across TCCC’s global Own and manage the OneTrust Data Mapping

  • Develop and optimize data integration workflows, ensuring seamless integration between OneTrust and enterprise systems such as Microsoft Purview, AWS, Azure, GCP, and ERP/CRM platforms like SAP or Salesforce.
  • Prioritize systems and datasets for data purge automation and data classification monitoring to eliminate redundancies and improve compliance across markets and functions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes globally, ensuring TCCC’s internal processes, integrations, and tools adjust to support evolving compliance standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in privacy management, data governance, or lifecycle management, with a proven history of implementing enterprise-scale solutions in regulated environments.
  • Hands-on experience in ensuring data retention, classification, and deletion workflows are adhered to.
  • Expertise in data integration techniques, with the ability to seamlessly connect privacy platforms to enterprise systems such as CRM/ERP solutions, cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP), and proprietary business technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in deploying automation solutions to streamline data lifecycle operations across structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Expertise in OneTrust Data Mapping Automation, including designing data flow diagrams, integrating data catalogs for centralized management, and optimizing compliance reporting processes.
  • Strong understanding of data storage platforms, hybrid cloud systems, and their privacy configurations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, particularly for challenges involving data minimization, residency, and regulatory changes in global markets.
