A Procurement Associate is required to join a leading global financial services organisation based in Dublin with Hybrid working. The main purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day procurement operations across the source-to-pay lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of quality goods/services in alignment with category and buying channel strategies and operational procedures.The Role
  • Reviewing and Maintaining the Coupa Procurement how-to-guides and related procedure documents on the Intranet.
  • Manage Coupa user access requests for the business users
  • Assist in contracts execution and supplier onboarding process
  • Execution of Procurement operations controls and tracking/reporting on related metrics, e.g., review of any non-compliant purchase orders and invoices.
  • Become an expert in Coupa and related tools and processes to enable:
-Support of the day-to-day activity within the Procurement tools including Coupa P2P, being a primary and resolution contact for the business users.
-Delivery of the training needs for Procurement tools both internally with the Procurement Department and the business users within in the wider organisation as well as suppliers
  • Support Procurement communications including the maintenance and development of the Procurement intranet site as an effective communication channel
  • Support with Coupa UAT (User Acceptance Testing) related activities.
The Person
  • Good knowledge and experience working and managing the Source to Pay system Coupa (Similar systems such as Ariba will also be considered)
  • Previous experience deploying Coupa or related systems and conducting user trainings.
  • Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written English and policies drafting skills as well as presentation skills
  • Experience in procurement, working with procurement policies and processes, reporting and tools
  • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret large volume of data; methodological and systematic
