This role supports the safe and efficient delivery of food services for patients and staff in a clinical environment.The site is easily accessible via Clontarf Road and Killester DART stations, as well as multiple Dublin Bus routes.This position is ideal for candidates with experience in high-volume kitchens who are seeking daytime healthcare work with reliable hours.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and utensilsWash dishes, cookware and service equipmentAssist with basic food preparation tasksSupport stocking of ward pantries and beverage stationsAssist with HACCP compliance and temperature checksFollow infection control and hygiene proceduresSupport chefs and catering assistants during serviceRequirements6–12 months’ experience as a Kitchen Porter or Catering AssistantHealthcare or hospital kitchen experience (advantageous)Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safetyLegal right to work in Ireland and ability to complete Garda VettingFive years of verifiable work referencesReliable, flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentPay & Benefits€17.53 per hourDouble pay on Sundays and Bank HolidaysDaytime shifts only – no late eveningsExcellent public transport access (DART & Dublin Bus)Clear pathway to longer-term healthcare placementsOngoing training and support
