- To ensure the installation of the security solutions for our projects are completed on time, within budget and to the relevant quality standards in line with client expectations.
- Working and Industry knowledge of intruder alarms, access control and video surveillance systems
- Knowledge of IP-based systems
- Customer focused – experience in understanding client expectations and adapting to meet their needs
- Communication skills- can communicate with project stakeholders on all levels and maintains a team working focus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly professional in manner and attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and keep up with industry trends and developing new methods of working
- Full ROI driving license
- To install intruder alarm, access control and video surveillance systems to the required standards and regulations in line with project requirements
- Contributes proactively to team performance engaging with Project Managers and sub-contractors to ensure projects are collaboratively delivered
- Ensure uniform is worn to work every day and that the Stanley brand is well represented at all times during working hours
- Support other engineers in their roles, share best practices and create a collaborative working environment
- Complete timesheets on a weekly basis and in an efficient manner
- Engage in our OPR (people management processes) on a quarterly basis ensuring all aspects of the process are closed out on time
- Attend quarterly ‘Tool Box’ engagement talks with other Install team members
- Meet all Health, Safety and Quality requirements
- Flexibility to complete overtime to ensure our projects are closed out on time
