1–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying (construction or precast manufacturing desirable).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with Cubit Estimating Software is an advantage but not essential.
