Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) are recruiting for:Day Services Team LeadCamphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism. CCoI operates Residential and Day Services across 15 locations, in which residents and day-attendees are supported to live an ordinary life, a life like any other.We are currently recruiting for a Day Services Team Lead to join our team in Greenacres Community.Job Title: Day Services Team LeadContract: PermanentHours: Full time (40 hours per week)Salary: €42,199- €52,641 per annumYou will have the opportunity to work as part of a committed team, we offer a competitive salary, and you will have access to collaborative and learning work within a leading national organisation.What you will need:
  • Hold a minimum of a QQI Level 7 Major Award on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • Have 3 years’ experience in programme facilitation in a day services or residential setting.
  • Good working knowledge of the New Directions framework and person-centred planning process.
  • Experience of regulated services for people with an intellectual disability/autism and ability to apply knowledge of best practices.
  • The capacity to deliver in an effective and resourceful manner within a model of person-centred provision.
  • Ability to facilitate changing needs and improve service delivery.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
  • A full driver’s licence is an essential requirement.
