Powered by the relentless innovation of the open source community, Cloudera advances digital transformation for the world’s largest enterprises.As the Graphic Designer you will:You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual solutions that meet project requirements and enhance our brand identity.You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life and deliver high-quality designs that resonate with our target audience.Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, website graphics, social media assets, and more.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative and impactful design solutions.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions as needed.We’re excited about you if you have:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Strong creativity and graphic design skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.Experience with file formats and color profiles for both digital and printWhat you can expect from us:Generous PTO PolicySupport work life balance withFlexible WFH PolicyMental & Physical Wellness programsPhone and Internet Reimbursement programAccess to Continued Career DevelopmentComprehensive Benefits and Competitive PackagesEmployee Resource GroupsCloudera is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
