- Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long‑term financial planning cycles for Europe.
- Support the CFO and global stakeholders with business cases, investment modelling, and financial recommendations.
- Build collaborative and constructive relationships with counterparts in the US, regional business partners, GMs, and the European SLT.
- Act as a key advisor and deputy to the CFO, representing them as required.
- Oversee regional cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working‑capital optimisation.
- Lead the evaluation, modelling, and financial validation of commercial business cases across Europe.
- Develop robust frameworks for assessing investments, pricing strategies, market entries, and strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex financial information into strategic narratives that drive decision‑making.
- Proven leadership ability at scale, leading cross‑functional teams through change.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders (GMs, regional leadership, global functions).
- A track record of driving transformation.
- Experience operating in ambiguity, setting structure, and building governance
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance roles within a multinational or matrixed organisation.
- Proven track record of leading regional planning cycles, consolidations, and performance management across multiple countries.
- Experience in managing treasury, cash‑flow forecasting, and working‑capital management is highly desirable.
- Experience with financial systems modernisation, dashboarding, or digital finance transformation is a plus.
