Maintenance ManagerJoin our fabulous team at McWilliam Park Hotel as Maintenance ManagerThe Role:The Maintenance Engineer's key purpose is to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained in proper working order, to the highest possible standards. This in turn ensures the health and safety of all staff and guests at all times.About McWilliam ParkThe McWilliam Park Hotel is a Failte Ireland approved luxurious four-star hotel. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, making it a popular hotel for celebrating special occasions like weddings or to enjoy a romantic break or family getaway.The hotel boasts 103 comfortable large sized hotel bedrooms, a leisure club (Evolve Health & Fitness) with a fully equipped gym, an indoor heated swimming pool and children's pool.Responsibilities:Upkeep of the Hotel and all grounds of HotelCollect list of maintenance requests and log at reception daily and ensure all items are rectified as soon as possibleTo create and maintain a proactive schedule of maintenance for all areas of the hotel.To maintain the records of all external contractors and suppliers, keeping all documentation, contact lists and schedules of maintenance up to date and organised.To ensure that all plant, boilers, radiators, lifts, fire alarm panel, pool plant, refrigeration, plumbing, Air Con and other machinery on the premises is fully functional and in good working order at all times.
