- Ensuring all site operations are conducted in strict compliance with company HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment) requirements and standards.
- Daily management, supervision, and reporting on direct labor resources, equipment, safe work execution, and material allocations.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors on-site.
- Conducting post-construction surveys and compiling accurate data to prepare As-Built records.
- Executing company compliance and administrative procedures, while documenting the performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
- Ensuring that works are carried out to high standards while adhering to building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety, and environmental standards.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a site leadership role within the Pharma/Life Science sectors, with a strong emphasis on Safety and Quality.
- Completion of at least Level 6 of the QQI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or its equivalent.
- Completion of the Electrical Verification & Certification course with a Qualified Certifier (QC) number would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical knowledge with practical application.
- High level of computer literacy.
