Retail Sales Assistant will work as part of a team to provide first-class customer service to the customers and assist retail sales staff where required.The employees enjoy sharing their vast product knowledge with their customers daily. We are now hiring an ambitious and driven Sales Advisor to join the team. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you!Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior customer experience by matching the customer’s needs through product demonstration and the ability to close the sale.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Be part of a team
  • Maintain store standards
  • Enhance the customer journey and go the extra mile to build trust and loyalty with all customers.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience
  • Friendly, energetic work ethic and self-motivated
  • Ability to understand the customer’s needs, utilising strong communication skills and building relationships with customers.
  • PC literate with proficient use of Excel
  • Great organisational skills
  • Ability to work to targets
