- Oversee & Implement daily operation and customer flow
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication between front and back of house
- Train and support new staff members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of front of house supplies
- Executing Hospitality events or functions with Support of Manager
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Demonstrated passion for food and exceptional customer service
- In-depth knowledge of front of house operations and best practices
- Proficiency in health and safety regulations relevant to the food service industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills for ordering and emailing
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments
- Hospitality-related qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential
