Our client is seeking a committed and compassionate Social Care Leader to provide care and support through a person-centred approach which meets the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability.What will your responsibilities be?
- Guide and support a team of Social Care Workers to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Work closely with the Deputy Manager and Social Care Manager to build a positive, nurturing environment.

- Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or eligible).
- Full, clean manual driving licence.
