- Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Delivering accurate, timely financial information to support decision-making
- Analyse store-level performance, margins, and cost drivers
- Partner with operations to improve profitability across all sites
- Support pricing, promotions, and cost control initiatives
- Manage cashflow, working capital, and supplier payments
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure consistency across all locations
- Monitor stock, wastage, and margin performance
- Oversee statutory accounts, audits, and tax compliance
- Manage relationships with external auditors and advisors
- Ensure adherence to financial and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Build financial awareness across store and operational teams
- Drive accountability and best practices across the business
- Relevant finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA)
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial control
- Proven ability to support operational teams and improve performance
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- A hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in retail, pharmacy, FMCG, or hospitality
- Exposure to multi-site operations
- Experience with ERP and POS-integrated systems
