Job DescriptionSite Manager - Raheny, DublinProject: Residential - 104 housesDuration of Project: 2 years commencing April 2026Salary: Up to €85k DOEBenefits package includes: Pension, Life Assurance, CPD TrainingOur client who are a leading Irish building Contractor with over 40 years in business are seeking a talented Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is based in Raheny on the construction of a residential project of 104 housesResponsibilities

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors
Giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work.
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely successful completion

Requirements

Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or Trade background
Sound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, Environmental and legal regulation
Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
