We want to make a positive impact on the world and we will support our suppliers and customers to make a difference too.We are inviting applications for the role of Retail Operational Specialist within our Sales Operations team.What you'll be doing:Work in conjunction with our cross functional and Sales teams to develop and rollout efficient operational processes to our brands.Train and support Retailers and their teams in executing our operational processes to the highest standard.The role involves working closely with Retailers in several areas such as:Documentation/review of existing core processes at store levelDevelopment of new processes that make store operations more efficientRollout of new processes already developed within Musgrave but have yet to achieve cut through at store levelDevelop and Implement a consistent way of working across each brandDevelop and use reporting tools that capture input and output through clear and measurable KPI’sThrough new process optimisation, drive efficiency as part of Centra and SuperValu Next Gen projectsWhat we'er looking for:A minimum of 3 years retail experience in a store management position with a third level qualification in Sales/Business or similar will be advantageous.Experience in working in project managementExperience in managing pilot initiatives and process mappingExperience working on major retail rollouts as part of a cross functional teamExcellent communication & relationship management skillsCommercial acumen and reporting skillsGood computer skills including MS Office and project planningAs this role is field based a full driving licence is required.Why Musgrave:
