Working hours: 40 hours a week Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operations of the dental clinic Coordinating administrative processes Managing staff schedules and act as a liaison between the clinical and administrative staff Supervising patient service standards Controlling inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Managing financial operations and billing processes Monitoring revenue and expenses Liaising with suppliers and service providers. Requirements: Relevant qualification in the area combined with substantial management experience in a healthcare setting. Demonstrated experience managing daily operations of a healthcare practice (e.g., dental clinic, medical centre, pharmacy, or similar) Planning, directing and coordinating operational resources to ensure the efficient functioning and long-term sustainability of the dental clinic. Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to plan, direct and coordinate clinic operations Financial and budget management capability Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks Organisational and workflow optimisation skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
