Job Title: General Administrator
Location: Ballincollig, Co. Cork
Salary: €35,000 - €38,000 per annum (DOE)
Position Type: Permanent | Monday - Friday | Full-TimeAbout the RoleA corporate client of mine is on the hunt for a professional and detail-oriented General Administrator to join their growing team in Ballincollig. This is a permanent, full-time position.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support across numerous departments
  • Maintain and update client records using CRM systems
  • Prepare reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency required)
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in a general administration role within a corporate environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
  • Experience using CRM systems (nice to have)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
