- Act as the primary point of contact and overall project leader for project delivery
- Lead and manage subcontractors throughout the construction and implementation phases
- Coordinate between the client, internal design team and external subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Chair regular progress meetings with all project stakeholders and ensure actions are closed out effectively
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and monitor progress against milestones
- Own and manage project budgets from contract award through to completion
- Implement robust cost control procedures; track spend, forecast final costs and report variances
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, maintaining a live risk register with appropriate mitigation actions
- Drive schedule adherence and proactively identify and resolve delays before they impact delivery
- Administer contracts and manage change control processes in accordance with contract terms
- Procure, appoint and manage subcontractors in line with project scope and programme
- Monitor subcontractor performance against agreed KPIs and quality standards
- Resolve issues promptly, maintaining momentum and quality across all work packages
- Maintain a strong and professional relationship with the client throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports and financial summaries to all stakeholders
- Support the client with the execution of project procedures and commissioning requirements
- Lead and facilitate multidisciplinary meetings, following up to ensure all actions are closed out
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the MECA (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls & Automation) or Building Services sector
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑discipline projects in a main contractor role
- Strong experience managing and coordinating subcontractors across live construction sites
- Demonstrable competency in cost control, programme management and risk management
- Full, clean driving licence with the ability to commute to project sites in Counties Kildare and Meath
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage clients and senior stakeholders
- Legally resident in Ireland with full, unrestricted right to work (no work permit required)
- Experience delivering Energy Performance Contracting or performance‑based projects
- Familiarity with energy retrofit measures, HVAC systems, and commissioning processes
- Knowledge of M&V principles (IPMVP) and performance tracking
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Competitive contract rate aligned with experience
