The duties of the HR Administrator will be dependent on the individual needs of the HR Team at the time of the placement. To support the Learning & Development function by coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate records, assisting with the delivery of learning initiatives, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for employees across all levels of the organisation. Below is an outline of the principal duties a HR Administrator may carry out, as assigned and as directed. Supporting: • Training Course Coordination • L&D Data Entry • Onboarding instructions • L&D Project support • Scheduling Education & Training No experience necessary just and interest in HR as full training will be provided in all the above.Role Description This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP Formal training: - Data Entry - MS 365. - MS Outlook, - MS Teams, - MS SharePoint. Informal training: - Communication skills - Record keeping - Employee engagement - GDPR
