- Team Organisation - leadership, oversight of recruitment interviews, resource planning/deployment, staff competency development, organizing mentoring and support.
- Financial management - budgeting, monthly forecasting, staff utilisation, WIP, job profitability, monthly invoicing and forecast against plan.
- Business Management - lead assurance, quality reviews, processes and systems to be utilised to support the successful, compliant delivery of our projects. Including Commission Execution Planning & Risk Management etc
- Manage our Key Account programmes - oversee and support Key Client Leads plan and deliver key account activities, including knowledge shares, relationship management, new opportunity generation.
- Pipeline planning, bid leadership, bid writing and supporting the team deliver winning bids.
- Identifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunities through Key Client Leads within Infrastructure and Real Estate teams.
- Development and delivery of Portfolio, Programme and Project Procurement Strategies.
- Review, appraisal and recommendation of contract strategies, contract forms including NEC, FIDIC, local Industry Forms.
- Detailed understanding of Contract Management processes and procedures.
- Appraisal of contract claims and disputes and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good leadership skills, including delegation, time management and prioritisation of tasks.
- Ability to develop long term relationships based on performance and trust.
- Ability to deliver business goals and financial targets.
- Ability to manage large and dispersed teams to achieve team members and business goals.
