Lead financial strategy by providing commercial insights to support business growth.
Analyse financial data and report on performance, delivering critical insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate with leadership on setting the financial direction and assessing business opportunities.
Oversee cash flow, budgeting, VAT calculations, and manage key financial functions.
Lead financial analysis for business improvement initiatives and assess risks to recommend actionable solutions.
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance financial operations and reporting.

Experience:

Professional Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ideally experience working in an SME
Strong experience in financial management, forecasting, and budgeting
