The Role:As the Director of Nursing, you will hold responsibility for the overall operational, clinical, and regulatory oversight of the nursing home.Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years’ post-registration experience
  • At least three years’ experience in a management or leadership role within the past 6 years, in a nursing home or comparable long-term care environment.
  • A post-registration management certificate or a postgraduate qualification in Nursing
  • Active NMBI PIN
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of resident care
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
  • Oversee operations while fostering a respectful, supportive environment for residents and staff
