Level 3 Support EngineerContract | €280/day+ | Dublin Our client is currently seeking a Level 3 IT Support Engineer to handle 2nd and 3rd-level support for on-site and remote teams in a multinational setting. Responsibilities:Serve as a knowledge expert on the Microsoft Suite, providing support for complex requests and delivering training sessions to internal teams.Provide Level 3 incident support and collaborate with support vendors for root cause analysis and recommendations.Work as part of an InTune Project team to configure, migrate, and support successful adoption.Review and implement software rollout opportunities using Intune/SCCM Must Have Experience:4+ years in a Level 3 support capacity.7+ years supporting the Microsoft Suite with expertise in O365, SharePoint, InTune, and Azure,Hands-on experience in IT skills such as Group Policies, AD, SCCM, and VMwareExperience with Windows 11 rollouts and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
